Being Human

I saw an accident and cars halting and asking what happened. We started to pick up the person and put him in our car while some said if he dies; the cops and the hospital authorities will make our life miserable and try to make some quick money.

Anyway the needful was done and the person survived.

After reaching home I was pondering:

The fear of a corrupt system prevented some people from reaching out.

Should any one’s family die when:

We encounter a system which harasses the innocent; or which makes the helpful angels inhuman that; they too turn a blind eye?

Consider this, many of us feel big on our Indian culture and heritage.

Maybe; many do not have an ancient culture or heritage like us.

They have the present moment.

They value individual life and the importance of improving the quality of life, be it for man, animal and all of nature.

What do you feel?

Valuing life is important?
Should we allow corrupt system to play fools with our own lives that;
we forget that it makes us corrupt while we are pointing at others?
Is any system in the world bigger than the Humanity

I will speak about my Fake Love

Many times in a group in front of outsiders I tried to impress people that I am Big on People and care about them, when it was furthest from the Truth.

In front of people I used to take initiative in Public to show I am such a good Samaritan, I stopped and provided food to the beggar, I took that person to the hospital, and so on.

When truthfully in the close friends and families; I waited for them to call and ask for support.

Many did not ask for help, yet I supported as it made me feel good in front of others.
I needed to impress and get praises in Public Life.

One day I met someone who was genuine about people

Who in these years have brought about the goodness and genuineness of me, the caring, loving, abundant side of me, which was completely hidden deep down?

That person has stood by me through thick and thin and taught me compassion and love.

That person is Kryon and his entourage on the planet, which is each one of you.

After seeing this something hit me and I realized

All Kryon’s chanellings:

It is about people and the energy we all our made up of?

It is about me, you, my family, your family, my friends, your friends, my colleagues, your colleagues, our houses, environment and loving each of our parts:

Consider basic maths: Each of us is 1/700 billion people in this universe

Hence, I am the fraction / part of the whole and represent the whole at any given point. Hence i am the whole too.

Seven Things That Affect Your Vibratory Frequency From The Point Of View Of Quantum Physics

Vibration in quantum physics means that everything is energy. We are beings that vibrate at certain frequencies. Each vibration is equivalent to a feeling and in the “vibrational” world, there are only two types of vibrations, the positive and the negative. Any feeling causes you to emit a vibration that can be positive or negative.

1st.- THE THOUGHTS
Every thought emits a frequency towards the Universe and that frequency returns towards the origin, then in the case, if you have negative thoughts, of discouragement, sadness, anger, fear, all of that turns towards you. That is why it is so important that you take care of the quality of your thoughts and learn to cultivate more positive thoughts.

2nd – THE COMPANIES
The people around you directly influence your vibrational frequency. If you surround yourself with happy, positive, determined people, you will also enter into that vibration, now if you surround yourself with complaining, cursing and pessimistic people, be careful! Well, they may be decreasing your frequency and as a consequence preventing you from making the Law of Attraction work in your favour.

3rd – THE MUSIC
The music is very powerful. If you only listen to music that speaks of death, betrayal, sadness, abandonment, all that will interfere in what you vibrate. Pay attention to the lyrics of the music you listen to, it may be decreasing your vibrational frequency. And remember: You draw into your life exactly what you vibrate.

4th – THE THINGS YOU SEE
When you watch programs that deal with misfortune, death, betrayal, etc. your brain accepts that as a reality and releases a whole chemistry in your body, causing your vibrational frequency to be affected. See things that do you good and help you vibrate at a higher frequency.

5th – THE ENVIRONMENT
Whether at home or at work, if you spend much of your time in a disorganized and dirty environment, this will also affect your vibrational frequency. Improve what is around you, organize and clean your environment. Show the Universe that you are apt to receive much more. Take care of what you already have.

6th – THE WORD
If you tend to complain or speak badly about things and people, this affects your vibrational frequency. To maintain your high frequency it is essential that you eliminate the habit of complaining and speaking badly about others. Then avoid making dramas and victimize yourself. Take responsibility for the choices of your life.

7th – THE GRATITUDE
Gratitude positively affects your vibrational frequency. That is a habit that you should incorporate right now into your life. Start to thank for everything, for the good things and those that you consider not good, thanks for all the experiences that you have lived. Gratitude opens the doors for good things to flow positively in your life.

How To Stop Giving A Fuck

Be happy, be good, be positive, be optimistic, be successful, be woke, be spiritually enlightened. Consume the perfect diet. Attract a million followers on Instagram. Live your best life! Rise up the career ladder. Be fit and healthy. Be your greatest self. Manifest your life’s purpose. Optimise your body’s functioning. Release your pain, fear, anger and sadness. Free yourself from doubt. Fall in love with the man and woman of your dreams and live happily ever after and never feel lonely again.

This dream is beautiful but it is literally killing us.

The eternal soul has no interest in living up to any ideal of happiness, however beautiful.

It’s terrible and sacred rage boils underneath the entire self-help project. Its cry for authenticity, for Truth at any cost.

Fuck the lie of the ‘perfect life’; it only makes us depressed, anxious, addicted, and actually feeds our shame and self-loathing and feelings of failure. The constant striving eventually exhausts us, brings us to our knees. It’s too much work for the poor organism, to be ‘positive’ all the time.

The Unconscious is enraged by the lie. And it wants to fucking rest.

But in our exhausted state, afraid even to touch our exhaustion, we turn to medication, energy drinks, drugs, mantras, the gym, more positivity. Or we simply lose ourselves in thought. Or we create a new identity as ‘the depressed one’ or ‘the failure’. Or we simply ‘push through’ the exhaustion and just keep busy, and numb. Keep moving at any cost. Never stop.

Happiness literally makes us unhappy.

Fuck this kind of false happiness. It’s vitally important to make room for the darkness too.

To create space in your life for the grief, the rage, the shame, the fear and the loneliness. To bring these poor, misunderstood creatures out of hiding and into the Light.

If you do not, they will drain your lifeblood like vampires.

Until you listen.

Be willing to expose your unhappiness, too. Give a voice to the sorrow, the anger, the fear, the deep loneliness at the core. Break some taboos. Say the ‘wrong’ thing. Shatter the false image. You may lose followers. You may lose friends. You may lose your job. You will certainly lose your mask.

Change may scare the shit out of you. Good. It’s supposed to.

You may lose everything and you may have to begin life again. But the soul will rejoice. It has been through myriad deaths and rebirths. It couldn’t give a fuck about protecting itself from change. It finds change thrilling, life-giving, erotic even.

There is a bigger Happiness that actually embraces even our deepest unhappiness and does not shame it. This is the Happiness you have always longed for. The Happiness that strips off the mask, destroys our protections, sees our flaws, our vulnerabilities, our deepest sorrows… and accepts and loves us just as we are.

Okay. Here is your new spiritual mantra…

Fuck (the mind’s concept of) happiness. Fuck ‘Namaste’. Fuck trying to be good. Fuck spirituality. Fuck perfection. Fuck fitting in. Fuck all the gods and gurus and guides who fuel the filthy lie of happiness as a destination and a goal. Fuck this narcissistic, self-absorbed, shame-based culture that suppresses the feminine and our gorgeous vulnerability.

Accept it all and fuck it all. Bless it all and fuck it all and love it all. Open your heart to it all. Bless this silly human mind with its conditioned ideas and impossible standards and its never-ending attempts to tell us how we ‘should’ be, or what the ‘right’ thoughts and feelings are.

Fuck the lie of happiness that sends so many to an early grave.

Protect the inner child, the one who feels unhappy, lonely, sad, disconnected, sometimes. Stop telling her to be happy, connected, peaceful, spiritual and blissed-out today. She couldn’t give a fuck. She just wants your love.

Drench the sad and lonely inner one with curiosity, understanding. Breathe into her.

Fuck all the forces of the world that would seek to harm her or silence her.

And when she asks,

“Mommy, Daddy, do I have to be happy and perfect for you to love me?”

You can reply:

“Of course not my love. I love you exactly as you are. I love your flaws and imperfections and your vulnerable heart. They are all so beautiful to me. It’s okay to not feel peaceful. You don’t have to be happy right now. Let’s be unhappy together…”

Now THAT is fucking Happiness.

The Universal Laws Are The Same For All

“Mom, I am a genetic scientist. I am working in the US on the evolution of man. Theory of evolution, Charles Darwin, have you heard of him? ” Vasu asked.

His Mother sat down next to him and smiled, “I know Darwin, Vasu.

I also know that what you think he discovered is old news in India.”

” Yeah sure Mom!” Vasu said with sarcasm.

“Well if you are too smart then listen to this, ” his Mother countered.”

Have you heard of Dashavatar? The ten avatars of Vishnu?” Vasu nodded.

“Then let me tell you what you and Mr. Darwin don’t know.

The first avatar was the Matsya avatar, it means the fish. That is because life began in the water. Is that not right?” Vasu began to listen with a little more attention.

“Then came the Kurma Avatar, which means the tortoise, because life moved from the water to the land. The amphibian. So the Tortoise denoted the evolution from sea to land.

Third was the Varaha, the wild boar, which meant the wild animals with not much intellect, you call them the Dinosaurs, correct? ” Vasu nodded wide eyed.

“The fourth avatar was the Narasimha avatar, half man and half animal, the evolution from wild animals to intelligent beings.

Fifth the Waman avatar, the midget or dwarf, who could grow really tall. Do you know why that is? Cause there were two kinds of humans, Homo Erectus and the Homo Sapiens and Homo Sapiens won that battle.” Vasu could see that his Mother was in full flow and he was stupefied.

“The Sixth avatar was Parshuram, the man who wielded the axe, the man who was a cave and forest dweller. Angry, and not social.

The seventh avatar was Ram, the first thinking social being, who laid out the laws of society and the basis of all relationships.

The eight avatar was Krishna, the statesman, the politician, the lover who played the game of society and taught how to live and thrive in the social structure.

The Ninth avatar, the Buddha, the man who rose from Narasimha and found man’s true nature. The nature of Buddha, he identified man’s final quest of enlightenment.

And finally, my boy, will come Kalki, the man you are working on. The man who will be genetically supreme.”

Vasu looked at his Mother speechless. “This is amazing Mom, how did you.. This makes sense!”

“Yes it does Vasu! Now have your food.

There is common sense to the order lying beyond.
First came the Universe/ Earth
and then we were born.

The Universal laws are the same for all.

Companionship For Everyone

“Would you be interested in coming to my house sometimes to sleep with me?

A 70 year old lady knocks on the door of her 70 year old male neighbor one evening, and pops this question to him. The lady is Jane Fonda and the man she proposes to sleep with her is Robert Redford. The movie is titled Our Souls At Night and is directed by our very own Ritesh Batra for Netflix.

Jane Fonda looks so graceful when she says this to Redford – that I was just awestruck by her dignity. This dignity in their relationship stays throughout the film as they decide to meet each other and explore their loneliness and loss together. And while they do so, they make peace with their past and fall in love with each other. Sex is last thing on their minds and what they seek is a sense of sharing and togetherness, and that which they realise is the essence of all human relationships.

“Who would have thought at this time in our lives that we’d still have something like this. That it turns out we’re not finished with changes and excitements. And not all dried up in body and spirit.”

Jane Fonda plays the lady in control of her life. She cares little about the gossip in the small town about their affair. But Redford is scared to be noticed and gets angry when confronted about his relationship at such a ripe age. Redford is also very tentative against a confident Fonda, who pours drinks, cooks dinner and later even goes out with him to a restaurant in their town, ogled at by everyone there. And as they enjoy each other’s company as lovers, reality sets in with the arrival of Jane Fonda’s son and grandson. The film ends with a lot of hope and happiness. The end is subtle, yet beautiful.

To someone like me, born in India, this relationship between 2 “senior citizens” looked unreal at first. But Ritesh Batra’s sensitive direction, the superb screenplay and the evocative background score, made it all believable and real. Everytime I saw Redford slipping into Jane Fonda’s house from the backdoor, with a paper bag filled with his night clothes, I had a smile on my face. And then one day, Jane refuses to open the back door and forces an embarrassed Redford enter through the front door. These are little things that make you feel for the old couple as they slowly let go off their inhibitions to be together with each other.

Coming back to Indians, we as a community rarely think about the lives of people past their prime. We believe they have been there and done that and should now be relegated to the roles of grandfathers and grandmothers. They are called senior citizens and they are expected to behave their age. A majority comply. But what about those who still love their life and want to enjoy it like youngsters do?

The fact is that some minds do not age, even when their bodies grow old. What should such people do? Should they abide by the traditions of the world and waste the fag end of their precious lives, lonely and frustrated?

Everyone wants to have a good life, not just young people. And those who have spent an entire lifetime working for their family; they deserve to be rewarded even more generously for their selflessness. But here we see them as retired parents whose only job is to sit at home, watch TV, look after their grand children and go for morning walks. A weekend drink or a yearly foreign tour is the best they are expected to enjoy. Many lose their long time partners, but we tell them to intertwine their lives with those of their children and grandchildren. And this happens even in the most educated and prosperous families in India.

Can we change this for our elders? Can we allow them the freedom to do what they want? If we talk of equal opportunity, then we need to exercise it for our elders so that they can be a little more open about what they want from life and a little less lonely by doing things that they wanted to do but never dared due to societal pressures. And that should also include having a live in relationship with someone they would like to spend their remaining life.

It is not just the young, but even the seniors needs to think differently as to how would they want to spend the rest of their life. As Jane Fonda says, “I made up my mind I’m not going to pay attention to what people think. I’ve done that too long—all my life. I’m not going to live that way anymore.” I agree with her.

To all those who believe that there is life after 60, need to believe that there is life after 75, and maybe 90 as well. Age is just a number. And to all those who believe so, you must watch Our Souls At Night.

And to all those who are young and who may believe otherwise, remember that age catches up with everyone 😉

Be, Feel, And Look Beautiful

Handsome is As Handsome Does.
Each individual and their needs are unique.
Then why follow a general way to complete them?
Many times in our life we find ourselves, in a body or health condition we can’t accept.
We are not sure what to do? How to go about it? Follow what worked for others? …the usual body improvement programmes, gymnasium, doctor visits, ……. That’s how we start.

But each one of us is unique. One man’s food is another person’s poison. Each individual and their bodily needs are unique to themselves.
My name is Pooja from India – Pune:
I went through all the diets( which exist from centuries), all processes, (everything worked temporary).
Controlling my diet, body weight was no more working.
Stopping myself, then going on a binge; then hitting the gym or exercising with a vengeance, guilt the whole vicious pattern again and again and again. I am sure many of us men and women can relate to what I went through. I started hating the idea of dieting, any form of exercise routine / following advice. Period.

I lost my confidence and started shying away from people and eventually started accepting the way i was. However, acceptance is not equal to inner peace and happiness. I realised I was just getting resigned.

I would dream….. Of losing weight and improving my health without compromising on ice creams, pizzas, cheese etc.
I did a lot of research.I also realised the body does not know calories. It is the mind.
I wanted to complete my body needs- food, sex, care, attention without deprivation / guilt /self flogging. I wished to nourish my body, mind and soul: Being Beautiful, Feeling Beautiful , Looking Beautiful

Today, I am on the way to a New Me thanks to the Body, Food and Sex Consciousness Workshop conducted by Kryon Wisdom Centre.
In gratitude: I am inviting all to come and experience your own transformation.
